Why is Fruit Good for you?

Consumption of fruit is very beneficial for humans. It can be very easily digested. In fact, most of us are well aware about the reasons “Why fruit is good for you?” It is the foundation of a good diet for most people. Like any other eating items too much of fruit consumption is also bad for health. For instance, orange is rich in Vitamin C and is very beneficial for health, but lot of acid is not good for you. Similarly pineapple fruit is good for you but it can eat up your mouth. That’s why it is generally said that consumption of fruit should be balanced with foods that are higher in minerals, like veggies, grains, proteins and moderate fat; but you should stay away from sugars and over refined foods.

Fresh fruit tends to be rich in nutrients that aid our routine body functions. Fruits and vegetables are higher in fiber. Fiber helps prevent various illnesses like diverticular diseases, colon cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and obesity. Vitamins and minerals are richly found in fruit and vegetables that are beneficial for the health of heart. Fruit is so rich in nutrients that it is valuable to practically every single organ in our body, from vision to heart. Only you have to know which fresh fruit aids in what area.
